This license is only issued to those who have successfully completed the Hunter Exam, an event that takes place certain times a year. It is said that the Hunter Exam is one of the most difficult task a Player will ever face but the completion of the task provides exceptional benefits.

Upon acquiring the non-tradeable license via the exam, the license is sent to the System Storage as a Slotless Item. The benefits do not stack if a player has more than one Hunter License.
