Description: User can open mid to long range of the same Kamui portal and sending things to the dimension without touching them. The main difference being that it doesn't need to send the entirety of an object or body, so it can be used to tear off body parts. This is done by focusing the vision on a certain point before opening the portals.
Conditions/Limitations:
- All Nen-Techniques goes into cooldown while Hatsu is active.
- Can't use any Nen-Techniques while Hatsu is active.
- Unable to activate Hatsu if eye is damaged.
- Only can send one item at a time.
Effects:
- The user can send object or body to the Kamui dimension.
