Appearance: The user expands their shadow to cover a wide, circular range that can be up to 15m/25m in radius.

What it does: Upon activation, the user's shadow - instead of extending like the Shadow Imitation Technique - expands outward, forming a circular shape. This creates a shadow field centered on the user that expands outwards immediately from them at jutsu speed. The shadow field expands up to 10m/20m (A/S) in a radius centered on the user. Shadow Imitation Field cannot be used in utter darkness or without a light source but can be used if the user's shadow is already contained within another larger shadow like that of the tree; in instances like that, Shadow Imitation Field similar to Shadow Imitation will not be able to extend its effects outward from the shadow's range nor control the radius/range of the pre-existing shadow. However, it will still retain its unique effects that are explained below. 

Should one be caught in the range of Shadow Imitation Field, unlike Shadow Imitation where targets who are caught in the user's shadow mirror the user's movements, Shadow Imitation Field instead paralyzes and immobilizes targets who are caught in the jutsu's range should one have strength less than the power of the jutsu. Should those caught in the jutsu's range have strength equal to or greater than jutsu power, they are immune to the field's effects. Additionally, a maximum of 3/4 targets can be paralyzed at a time.

The user cannot move from their position for the duration of the jutsu and if they decide the technique will break and go on cooldown.
